Get the diamond at the top floor and bring it back to the entrance, although returning is timed so on your way up, set up your path back

Turn off lights to avoid being spotted by guards, but guard turn lights back on. Break glass to open routes, but it alerts guards. Knock over cabinets to block entrances or crush guards. Knocking over cabinets also alerts guards.
